Thanks to this unique experience, she supports clients in searching for top talent, fostering cross-cultural collaboration, designing strategic people solutions, executive coaching and leadership development.
She brings over 35 years of experience in international corporations, especially in FMCG, Alcobev, Start Ups and professional services sectors. As an HR Vice President and Board Member, she led People Strategy and organizational growth in diverse markets across Europe and India. She was part of the leadership team in India that successfully built an FMCG company from a Greenfield stage to a $200M profitable business in just five years. She is a trusted advisor to several Boards of Directors and CEOs.
Drawing on both global and Indian expertise, she offers clients tailor-made solutions to overcome their unique challenges and support their long-term growth in the Indian market, working with them through transformation, resilience-building and adapting to AI’s growing impact on business.
She holds the ACC credential as an Executive Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a Certified Trainer. Her academic background includes an Executive MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in Marketing and Management from the University of Economics in Poland, as well as postgraduate studies in Labour Law and Organizational Psychology at SWPS University in Poland. She also completed studies in Business Management and Administration in the UK.
