For almost 20 years now, Matthias Zühlke has been sourcing high-calibre individuals to fill leadership, board, middle management and specialist positions –through headhunting, executive search methods, and his outstanding professional network.
Additionally, he advises mid-tier businesses and global players on international talent acquisition and talent development.
After training as a bank clerk and completing a business management degree at university, Zühlke gained experience in a large bank working in the HR division. Following this, he spent several years in renowned consultancy firms as a personnel consultant and project manager, working with mid-tier companies and international firms.
On becoming a head-hunter, he quickly established himself as a specialist in Consumer Goods and Retail, as well as Sales and Marketing.
Matthias handles the development of the firm’s consultancy portfolio, is responsible for the marketing, and is the first port of call for the company’s evidence-based personnel diagnostics.
He is a a sponsor of “the federal association of family businesses ASU e.V.”, “the federation of German food and drink Industries of the BVE” as well as “the career’s day of the food and beverage newspaper”.
A father of three, he loves winter sports and travelling abroad, especially to Italy.
