Friisberg & Partners International welcomes Susanna Hübner as their new Executive Search Lead Consultant in Berlin.

She has several years of professional experience as an Executive in Financial Markets and as a Communications Manager working on internal and external interfaces in Europe and will be building up the new Berlin office for Friisberg.

Susanna focuses on filling management positions in the financial and digital technologies sectors as well as in the specialist areas of media and communication.

Thorsten Marquardt has joined Friisberg & Partners International in Germany.

Thorsten has extensive knowledge of the international energy industry from more than 20 years in various management and executive functions in BP, Fortum and E.ON. Before he joined Friisberg in Germany he worked as Director of Innovation at s.Oliver and Managing Director in MediaMarktSaturn’s Retailtech Hub.

In addition to working with companies in the energy sector Thorsten also works with and across industries in digital business. He focuses on senior executive recruitment for publicly as well as privately owned customers, private equity firms and family businesses as well as start-ups. He advises the organizations and their boards along the entire value chain upstream, midstream and downstream in creating and strengthening effective top executive leadership teams who manage the sector-coupled energy transformation and digitization.

Thorsten is based in Munich. He is a passionate football fan and loves the mountains, where he hikes, bikes and skis.

Michael Rooslien has over 20 years of Executive Search experience and specialises in C-level and Board-level assignments for companies of all sizes, primarily in the industrial and technology sectors as well as in consumer retail. He is a trusted advisor to both national and international clients.

Michael started his executive search career as Senior Partner within a boutique Executive Search firm, later becoming the Managing Partner of another international search practice for over 15 years. He then spent the four years immediately prior joining Friisberg as the Managing Partner of another leading international Executive Search firm.

Michael brings a small support team with him.
