Our Global Financial Services Practice Group held its first - online - meeting of 2021 yesterday with our Partners from USA, UK, Spain, Lithuania, Germany, Hungary, Denmark, Norway, Ireland, Romania and Bulgaria. Our truly global structure and collaborative approach is vital because we all appreciate that the ideal candidate for a role may reside beyond national borders.

On Diversity in FS, we discussed the report published yesterday European Women on Boards (EWOB) Gender Diversity Index Full Report 2020 which revealed a gradual improvement, but still a large discrepancy between countries. The top countries being Norway, France and the UK.
