Tekla holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Fashion Studies and Andragogy with Specialization in Human Management, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resources Counselling.
Her career began in the fashion industry before transitioning to Executive Search at Boyden, where she served as both an Office Manager and a Research Consultant with a primary focus on the FMCG industry.
At Friisberg, she continued to excel as a Research Consultant while concurrently supporting operational and administrational processes as Office Manager.
Recently Tekla embraced a full-time Research Consultant role, aiming to further expand her expertise in the field.
