Olli has a strong background in FMCG, restaurant business and retail, where he has been leading organizations for more than 15 years. He has an extensive international background, having lived outside Finland for 15 years, working with international brands and leading the internationalization of two Finnish companies.
Before joining Friisberg, he worked as a CEO in a fast growing Finnish retail company, operating in Finland and in Germany. In Friisberg Olli focuses on senior level executive searches for different organisational functions especially in B2C industries
