Mariano has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources consulting, having developed his career across both multinational companies and entrepreneurial projects focused on growth, innovation and talent transformation.
He has held positions in Operations Management and Business Development in organisations such as Recruitment Entrepreneur, Catenon, ManpowerGroup and Experis, leading initiatives to define and strengthen differentiated value propositions for clients in diverse industries.
Since 2024, Mariano has been part of Friisberg, where he focuses on the search and assessment of executive and middle‑management leaders who can drive business strategies and contribute to sustainable organisational growth.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master’s in Human Resources from ICADE. He has also completed advanced programmes at ISDI and Harvard Business School Online, reinforcing a broad and integrated perspective on talent, technology and organisational evolution.
