She has placed over 1,000 executives across the United States and Latin America, guided by one conviction: the right leader, in the right culture, at the right moment transforms an organization.
Luisa built her expertise in the fast-moving worlds of media, telecommunications, and technology before extending it across financial services, consumer goods, real estate, luxury, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. That early grounding in technology gave her a strong command of the industries reshaping business today and continues to inform her advisory work on AI and digital transformation. She developed the APTMethod™, a proprietary approach for identifying the most viable candidate for each role.
Since 2010, she has advised family-led enterprises throughout Latin America on succession, governance, and leadership alignment, helping owners preserve shared values while safeguarding continuity across generations. She also coaches C-level executives, drawing on emotional intelligence, neuro-coaching, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to drive lasting transformation.
Luisa holds a B.A. in Human Resources and International Business from the University of Mount Saint Vincent in New York. She is an advanced-certified Hogan Assessment consultant, a certified coach through Erickson Coaching International, and a founding fellow of the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. In 2018, the Women Presidents Organization named her Entrepreneur of the Year.
