Krzysztof is an Associate Partner at Friisberg & Partners Poland. He is responsible for executive search and leadership advisory projects, client partnership, delivery of assignments, quality control and business development. Krzysztof works out of Friisberg & Partners’ office in Warsaw, Poland.
With over 20 years of experience in the Executive Search market, Krzysztof supports clients in building leadership teams and navigating organizational transformations. His sector focus includes Industrial and Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities, as well as New Technologies and technology-driven businesses, including digital and emerging technology environments. Prior to joining Friisberg & Partners, he held senior consulting and practice leadership roles in leading international executive search firms, delivering complex cross-border search projects across Poland and CEE.
Krzysztof holds a Master’s degree in Political Science (International Relations) from the University of Warsaw and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Helena Chodkowska University of Technology and Economics in Warsaw, Poland. He is a native Polish speaker and is fluent in English.
