Founding partner of V.E.R.A. Consulting, for almost 40 years Franco has been coordinating and supervising many different kind of Change Management projects in several organizational contexts, managing re-engineering and organizational development projects focused on different business processes with particular attention to R&D Function, product industrialization process and supply chain planning.
He has always carried out Mentoring activities for Plant Directors on aspects related to management planning and control through KPIs and company dashboards.
He has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Automobile Engineering from Milan’s Polytechnic University. He went on to complete a General Management Master at the School of Management in Turin.
Active in the field of Management Consulting and Organizational Development since the 1980s as the Value Management Sector Director of an international consulting Company, he was former founding partner of EC Consulting srl in which he developed the area of Technology Management and Management Control of the Automotive sector.
