Birgitte brings a strong commercial and leadership background from international B2B and B2C companies, combined with almost two decades of experience in executive search and talent sourcing.
Her early career includes approximately 10 years within the Medical Device and Consumer Goods sectors, initially with Coloplast A/S and later in senior commercial leadership roles, including Sales & Marketing Director and Country Manager positions with L’Oréal and Danone. She subsequently spent five years as Nordic Country Manager for the French industrial group Pechiney/Alcan, further strengthening her international management experience within an industrial B2B environment.
Following the completion of a two-year Executive MBA, Birgitte transitioned into the executive search industry in 2006. She gained experience from leading international search firms, including Korn Ferry and Stanton Chase, before founding Capriole Consulting Group in 2014, today branded as CCGSearch.
For more than a decade, Birgitte has acted as a trusted executive search and talent sourcing partner for companies in Denmark and internationally. The firm specializes in identifying and attracting non-executive, executive, senior management and specialist leadership profiles who not only meet the required professional qualifications, but also fit the client’s organizational culture, values and strategic ambitions.
Birgitte has successfully completed recruitment assignments at both top executive and senior management level across B2C and B2B markets. Her search experience spans the full value chain, with particular focus on general management, sales, marketing, branding, e-commerce, supply chain, operations, finance, legal and HR.
Birgitte holds a degree from Copenhagen Business School and an Executive MBA. She is also certified in several recognized assessment tools, including SHL, Wave/Saville and Facet5 assessment programs.
