Eliana is a professional with more than 25 years of experience in the Talent area, both in corporate environments and in international consulting firms. In her beginnings, she has participated in national M&A projects and managed different teams in recruitment consultancy (finance, education, HR...). During the last decade, she has been linked to a prestigious International University as Director of Talent and Student Experience.
Graduated in Law from UCM, MBA from the EU and PDE in The Valley.
