Irina Andonova recently joined Friisberg as a Senior Consultant in our Sofia office.
With more than 20 years of versatile in-house and consulting experience in human capital management, she decided to return to consulting as she is eager to add value to both the clients and to F&P business in Bulgaria. She has a rare combination of a commercial mindset and a solid background in human capital management in addition to her energetic presence (mostly due to her sporting addictions!)
Irina is а certified Management Trainer, as well as a White Belt Instructor (Six Sigma methodology).
Irina intends to focus on business development and consulting projects and has already started sharing her practical ideas regarding how to foster learning agility and the effectiveness of communications, instead of just having “small talks” about what’s trendy in the field of corporate branding and engagement. She will support leaders and business owners to close the gaps in the intangible but crucial people matters to enable corporate targets to be met with the support of the people in the organisations.
