Tania has over thirteen years’ experience within the Recruitment and Headhunting profession.

She started her career as a junior recruiter managing a temp/contract desk before she focused on the Insurance and Financial services sectors, managing sales staff based nationally within the contact centre as well as direct sales agents.

After seven years of temporary recruitment, she decided to focus on permanent recruitment, Headhunting and market mapping.
