Susanne started a career in marketing and communications. At the age of 27 she became marketing director for PFA. She continued on to become Head of Communications and Marketing at TDC, Realkredit Danmark and Tryg. These positions have given Susanne 12 years of experience in the financial sector and 5 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications sector as well as extensive experience in the bureau and media industry.
In 2004, she started her career in Executive Search, at Friisberg & Partners International. Susanne then spent 10 years as a partner at Flensby & Partners and Genux Executive before returning to Friisberg & Partners International Denmark as Managing Partner.
Susanne has more than 16 years of experience in recruiting CEOs, members of the Executive Board, chairs and board members. Her specialty is finance, IT, professional services, retail, and the composition of boards and management teams.
Susanne is a graduate of the MSc. from Copenhagen Business School, and is certified in SHL and Wave/Seville assessment programs. Furthermore, she is a member of Interforce, LinKS, Wharton Alumni and Vice President of VL7.
