Richard focuses on strategic senior level hires across Real Estate Construction, Smart home technology solutions providers, Proptech start-ups, Commercial and residential Real estate management.

Richard is a Systems Engineer by training and has been in the center of various organizational change and restructuring initiatives. He has held various senior executive positions in both government and private sectors.

Richard’s Technology and Real Property sector experience is anchored in his years of real estate investments, most recent being the incorporation of a Real estate capital investment company based in Atlanta, Georgia that specializes in turnkey Multi-family property acquisition and investment partnerships.

Previously, Richard managed robotics start-ups and is acutely aware of the importance of sourcing senior executives and technical professionals equipped with the relevant engineering skillsets and aptitude in order to achieve organization-wide transformation and business success.
