Philippe places specialists, middle and upper management positions via direct or executive search as well as through his personal contacts.
His experience, gained through leadership roles in companies helps him to match clients’ requirements and candidates’ qualifications exactly.
His clients are: Professional Services and Manufacturing Industry, food industries, classic mechanical, aeronautical, chemistry, electrical and plant engineering and manufacturing industries in general.
Philippe started his professional career when he graduated with a double Licence degree in sociology and controlling, he then worked for several years in a food industry and constantly works on improving the balance between business processes and human resources.
He joined Friisberg France in 1998 and is a member of the executive committee. In the Area (East of France) , he is the representative member of “A COMPETENCE EGALE” to Defend the rights and no discrimination during the process of recruitment .
