Olivier has over 15 years of experience in Executive Search.
He has completed a double Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and then Work Psychology,.
He has a wide ranging knowledge of organizations and sectors combined with objective methods of evaluation for personality, behaviour, leadership and emotional intelligence.
He worked as consultant and then as a local manager for a large group-owned recruitment firm for over 10 years before joining Friisberg in 2023.
His ability to understand complex needs of companies and to provide concrete and adapted solutions to his clients has led him to establish long-term partnerships.
