After eight successful years in Retail Cosmetics, Natasha began what would become an illustrious career in Executive Recruitment.
Initially as a Researcher with a niche Headhunting company, Natasha quickly rose through the ranks to become a Branch Manager. It was not long after, that she chose to join a start-up company called HR Advance, where she worked for thirteen 13 years and became a Director.
Natasha is extremely adept at sourcing, attracting and placing hard to find skills specifically, but not limited to, Financial Services.
With 17 years’ experience, Natasha has carved an extremely rare reputation of outstanding service delivery and excellence with her clients as evidenced from the exclusivity she receives on her assignments.
