Mary started her career in Corporate Communications working 8 years with Total Oil Marine plc and Merrill Lynch Investment Banking in London.

She came to the Czech Republic in 1995 and has worked ever since in the Executive Search industry.

Prior to Friisberg & Partners International, she worked with two of the leading search firms in the CEE market.
