Lorri began her career in a division of Wolters Kluwer as an Editor in their legal practice area. Later she taught English, ran a day House, trained newly qualified teachers and was responsible for whole-school safeguarding.
In 2012 she became a Non-Executive Director & Trustee Governor of a world-renowned charity, New College Worcester (formerly RNIB College for the Blind), where she chaired the Education Committee and was a member of the Audit Committee – before moving into Search.
As a Partner with Friisberg & Partners International, Lorri has recruited into many senior executive positions for a diversity of clients, ranging from Fortune500 and FTSE 100 PLCs to The National Trust for Scotland and across a variety sectors including outsourcing, pharmaceutical / biotech, retail, manufacturing, professional services and charities.
Lorri currently chairs the Innovation, Diversity and Strategy groups for Friisberg & Partners International globally and writes extensively on leadership and diversity issues for a variety of publications.
