Karine is a seasoned Executive Search consultant with more than 20 years experience.

After studying Political Science and obtaining a Master’s degree in Human Resources, she started her career in Paris before joining an independent executive search firm as a senior consultant in Strasbourg for 13 years, and then within a group at Badenoch + Clark for 9 years.

Karine joined the Friisberg France team in early 2023. She brings in-depth knowledge of industry (automotive, health, food, metallurgy and plastics), but also retail, energy and transport sectors and she recruits highly qualified profiles for operational and corporate positions, both in the technical sphere (production, quality and supply chain) and in the administrative, finance and sales spheres.

She has also been involved in assessment and outplacement assignments.
