Born in Calabria in 1949, he followed his family to Lombardy in the 60’s. He graduated in law at the University of Milan, and later he specialized in operational marketing at Bocconi University and in strategic marketing at INSEAD.
He began his managerial career in the Pharmaceutical sector (Farmitalia Carlo Erba) where he stayed for about 14 years working in the field of OTC. In 1986 he enters the world of Consultancy (Management Consulting Athena), primarily on a consulting project in the Marketing Department of a major bank (Banca Intesa Group), and then he developed several projects for commercial training courses.
Later he was involved in Organization and Human Resources, developing important projects on behalf of national and multinational companies. In 2003 he acquires the majority share in Athena Management Consultancy, where he occupies the position of Managing Director until the sale of the Company.
Currently he is involved in Management Consulting and Recruiting in Pharmaceuticals markets, Banking and Public Administration sectors.
