Emiliano has developed his entire career in Executive Search, with some previous experience in the IT industry in Spain and the United States.

Emiliano has more than 20 years’ experience leading executive search projects and teams. He has a degree in economics and Executive Education at IESE Business School.

Emiliano has experience in different industries, mainly for managerial and board positions, helping family-owned or listed companies in strong restructuring processes. He has also proved background advising multinational companies in their strategy and teams in Spain.

In recent years, he has also become the key person for the Financial and Professional Services Industries in Spain.
