Anna Rudzińska brings 20 years of professional experience in providing senior executive search and advisory services, ranging from Assessment/Development Centres, to Individual Coaching.

She entered executive search business in 1996 joining Korn/Ferry International.

In 2001, Anna joined Nicholson International as Senior Consultant and Finance Practice Leader.

In Kienbaum Executive Consultants Anna worked as Principal/Member of the Management Board for nine years.

Before establishing her own company she worked four years as a Partner at PSI Polska, where she also co-owned the company.

She successfully completed numerous recruitment projects for big market players, such as BMW Group, Aegon Group, Agora, Allianz Group, Avon, AXA Group, Bertelsmann Media, BZ WBK, Citibank, Energa, Eli Lilly, Geberit, ING Group, McKinsey, Masterlease, Netia, P4, Pepsi-Cola, PKN Orlen, PZU Group, , T-Mobile, TMS Brokers, TVP, Saint Gobain, and Servier.
