Andrea Chládková, Partner

Andrea Chládková has worked in the executive search industry since 2010 and is with Friisberg & Partners International since 2012.

Andrea’s professional background is in Finance, prior to joining FPI she worked for the World Bank Group. Her role was to identify new investments into private sector and supervise portfolio of existing projects across the CEE region, including participation in restructuring.

Andrea successfully delivered numerous assignments for clients across all business sectors but has especially thorough understanding of Financial and Professional Services, Banking, Telecommunication and Media.

She holds Master’s degree from University of Economics in Prague and is also a certified assessor for Saville Consulting psychometric tests.
