Alicia has almost 10 years of experience in the Headhunting industry.
The last years her experience has been totally multisectoral. She has successfully led national and international search projects and remuneration studies in sectors such as Finance, Professional Services, Technology, FMCG, Retail , etc.
She holds a Bachelor in Law by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and higher training in HR by EAE Business School. Currently, she is leading the Research Team and the project operations of HR Consulting projects in Spain.
