KinderStiff Consulting, with Partners Benedikte Stiff and Hild F. Kinder are now the Friisberg Partners in Norway, based in Oslo. Michael Rooslien joins Friisberg Sweden as a Partner, in the Stockholm office, and in addition he brings an established research team with him.

is a qualified psychologist with cutting-edge expertise in assessing people and applying development methodologies, and is an experienced evaluator of the ability of managers and management teams to deal with demanding challenges. Her main sector focus is on consumer and retail, real estate, technology and academia.
Hild F. Kinder
has broad experience of working in banking & finance, real estate, industry and life sciences. Her functional speciality is business development. She has an MBA in finance, and has previously worked as a financial analyst, achieving top rankings.
Michael Rooslien
brings two decades of executive search experience of recruiting senior executives and management teams for clients that range from major international corporations to small, high-growth entrepreneurial companies. He specializes in the technology, industrial sectors and consumer & retail.
