Role
- Sell to large organisations
- Achieve and exceed challenging revenue targets
- Maintain primary focus revenue generation
- Manage and coach a small but expanding BD function towards collective objectives
- Create opportunity
- Ensure collaboration, engagement and commercial accountability
- Collaborate with other sales and account management teams across Sodexo
- Sales leadership from conception through to close
- CRM reporting
- Prepare and execute a sales plan in line with budget and resources
- Drive growth both in new business and portfolio retention
- Support group marketing campaigns
- Innovate, with fresh ideas and perspectives
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external influencers
- Align BD activity and communications with brand and values
- Work closely with company management and other key stakeholders
- Develop, liaise and collaborate on opportunities for the wider business
Candidate
- Degree or equivalent qualification preferred but not essential
- Success in a similar sales role in a white-collar services environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of Soft FM and/or Human Resource/HR/Personnel services
- Leader by inspiration and example
- Proven experience of managing a sales team to consistently deliver against challenging targets
