Javier brings more than 20 years of experience in Executive Search and assessments. He has a degree in Psychology from the Complutense University and completed his academic training with an ExMBA from the Instituto de Empresa de Madrid.
His sectorial experience covers all areas of the financial sector, from investment banking, private banking and in recent times he has focused on digital transformation and ecosystem, fintech, insurance sectors, FMCG, and entertainment, working continuously with the main leading companies at national and international level.
He remains focused on ensuring his clients achieve their strategic objectives.
